We partnered with Destination Toronto to bring TO Fest to life—the ultimate pre-party before Gwen Stefani’s concert at the PCMA Conference here in Houston. TO Fest was an electrifying celebration of Toronto’s culture, creativity, and energy. Guests stepped into the spotlight with a backstage VIP-inspired photo op, hit the custom Dance Dance Revolution setup, and got concert-ready at the glam station. A glow shop and merch station guests customize their look, while a Toronto-themed guitar ice luge kept the drinks flowing.

From concept development to execution, I got to manage the event from start to finish, overseeing vendor coordination, client communications, activation development, and day-of operations to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience.
