The Shipley Do-Nuts x Margaritaville at Sea Pop-Up was a tropical, treat-filled celebration where guests stepped onto Donut Island for the ultimate summer escape. This family-friendly event featured specialty donuts and mocktail pairings, a nautical-inspired photo op, a “Treasure Island” prize hunt, spin-to-win stations with tropical swag, and Bahama Bucks shaved ice to keep things cool. Guests also had the chance to win cruise getaways from Margaritaville at Sea and free night stays at Margaritaville Lake Resort in Conroe.

I led the event from concept to execution, serving as the main point of contact for the client. I provided creative direction, managed signage requests, coordinated all printed goods, and oversaw the majority of vendor communications and logistics, ensuring a seamless and vibrant experience for all attendees. From visual storytelling to on-the-ground coordination, I brought the Donut Island vision to life.
